TimeFour Returns Policy
Faulty Goods
The Consumer Rights Act which came into force on 1st October 2015, states that the retailer
is responsible for the condition of the goods until the goods are received by you, or by
someone else you have nominated to receive them on your behalf, for example, a
neighbour.
When your goods are despatched, they will be in perfect condition, therefore, in the event
of your goods being damaged in transit, please advise us immediately by email using
info@timefour.co.uk or the ‘Get in Touch’ form on our website. Please take a photograph
of the damaged packaging upon receipt of the damaged goods. We will contact you to
arrange return.
